October 2019. Boston, MA, USA. Acquired Data Solutions was hired by an electronic test and industrial automation company, to perform a cybersecurity assessment. Cybersecurity requirements started to appear in more RFIs/RFPS for the DoD. Our client needed to develop a plan and process for their aerospace & defense system based on the NIST Risk Management Framework. ADS will provide cybersecurity expertise to assess compliance and implement processes and procedures for their product development life cycle.
The NIST risk management framework is the basis of US government cybersecurity protections. ADS developed our client’s compliance approach and plan based on the NIST framework and will conduct assessments for key products in the DoD supply chain.
Due to ADS’s unique position in test and measurement, cybersecurity and government insight ADS was awarded a follow-on contract.
