Data Analyst – TSA Checked Baggage

ADS is seeking an experienced Data Analyst for TSA Checked Baggage. In this role, candidates will be responsible for generating an analysis plan that serves as a guide to those reports needed from the airports to accurately assess operation of the transportation security equipment. This role is primarily remote with some required travel to domestic airports.

• Bachelor’s Degree, BS Preferred
• Experience 3 Years – TSA onsite at Airports

• Team oriented with strong communication skills to collaborate with various TSA stakeholders.
• Ability to make a quantitative analysis of data acquired from acceptance testing from various inputs.
• Knowledge of Check Baggage Required.
• Familiar with Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and Explosive Detection Systems (DES).
• Familiar with error codes and other system generated data that may be discerned from various test reports.
• Proficient with Data Analysis Tools.
• Excel (Expert Level).
• Data visualization and reporting experience (Ex. Tableau).
• Must have a mastery of current analytical processes and procedures. (Ex. Six Sigma)

• Clearance: TSA Vetted
• Familiarity with Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
• Familiar with the PGDS (Planning Guidelines and Design Standards for Checked Baggage Inspection Systems)
